Service & MaintenanceThe machines we supply are fully backed up by 2 trained, UK based service engineers, and they in turn have great support from the manufacturers. Virtually all new machines are installed & commissioned by us at the customer’s factory, and this includes operator training on the use of the machine as well as coverage of all safety issues. These same engineers carry out service & maintenance work on the whole range of machines we supply throughout the UK & Ireland. A certain amount of spares are carried by us, but in the majority of cases these are dispatched overnight from the suppliers direct to the customer. |
