Forming of flat sheet metal
We supply a range of machines from RAS Reinhardt and Prinzing to form the edges of sheets, eg. flanging, shaping & seamforming etc. Machines include duct seamers such as the RAS DuctZipper, lockformers such as the RAS SpeedySeamer and flangers.
Forming of Tubes & Pipes
One of our specialities is the supply of machines for tube / pipe end forming. These can be either tangential, eg. flanging or swaging by forming wheels through which the tube rotates, or axial where the shape is formed by internal / external expanding or reducing tools.
The former include horizontally operated swagers such as the RAS 11.35 and RAS 12.35, or Prinzing SME & heavy duty FME models; also the Wecotech vertically operated Tubiroll.
The latter includes a whole range of hydraulically operated tube end formers from Wecotech, including the Tubex, Tubin, Tubex-IO, Tubimatic and Wecomatic models.
